Important Notice of Updates to the Terms of Use.
The ToU for the usage of my UTAUs will be changing in the near future. This update is directed towards the creation of a specific section for Commercial Usage and some more additions to the Section 3 - Miscellaneous.This update affects to all the UTAUs and groups that I manage, except the following: AZOA, LÍDEM, Elzro, EC-49-Edgar, OX-10, IxelPlease stay tuned.Please read "Commercial Usage" in the main page of my Terms of Use.
This takes immediate effect and may take some time in being shown to the already uploaded voicebanks.

Languore, Ixel, CHROMOID and the HaretsuLoids are now fully under the Nihilium Wave group/project.

LÍDEM was updated to v2.6 due to the phonemizers unable to work. As well, the Hiragana aliasings were broken. All of these fixes have been urgently applied. It is highly recommended that you re-download the voicebnk.

AC is back with updates to his voicebanks! MirrorShard is an androgynous voice with three pitches, extra phonemes and an OpenUTAU template.Fragment and Roulette are heavily outdated and faulty, uploaded as Legacy to serve as an archive.

My Side Order inspired themes for UTAU and OpenUTAU have arrived!
0rder Square is the light version of the theme, while C0ld St0rage is the dark version of the theme. Both feature a color palette with orange-ish colors.

Even if my UTAUs follow some general points across the Terms of Use, some of them have certain differences that are fundamental to be followed. For those specific cases, please read:

There may be sub-groups or further specifications of these terms inside their own pages.
Some UTAUs have shared ownership, like Ixel and Elzro. In such case, the ToU linked in their pages take priority.
A notice about the update of the Terms of Use was posted. This notice goes in more detail about the UTAUs this will affect to. Thank you for your understanding.

!! commercial usage !!

Since 19/03/2026, all commercial usage has been prohibited. As of this date, the Terms of Use in the pages of AltEOS and affiliated projects may not be accurate to this notice. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SELLING COVERS, ORIGINAL SONGS, MERCHANDISE... (etc) WITH THESE UTAUs.Affected UTAUs:

Tranvia-kun, Slice, Captain Papers
MindLess: Glucagon, MEAST, SC-122-Sonia, X-Hitomu, Lykos
Nihilium Wave: AC, Caché Völatta, Heccan, Languore

Any UTAU outside of this list is bound to the original page of their Terms of Use/shared ownership rules.

section 1 - allowed behavior

Creation of Original Songs and Covers is allowed.
Creation of adult content (gore, drugs, +18) is allowed as long as this content is not protrayed for positive propaganda regarding these topics.
Once distribution is finished, you can upload to services like UTAU Lost Media as long as the correct naming conventions and credit is given.
You can create fanworks (fanart, fansongs, fanfiction, cosplay...) as long as they follow the Terms of Use. This includes drawing the characters in different clothings, shipping and creation of Alternate Universes.

section 2 - prohibited behavior

Creation of Fanloids (derivative voices or designs) is prohibited since the 2nd of February, 2021.
Any content that promotes hatred towards individuals or groups of people, regardless of religion, ideologies, sexualities, etc... is completely prohibited.
Creation of AI related content, such as feeding AI with these artwork, voicebanks, or anything that uses them as source, is prohibited. More details in Section 3 (Miscellaneous).
The re-distribution of source files, may they be edited or under another name, is prohibited.
Using the artwork to trace/plagiarize designs is prohibited. However, using them as a reference is allowed.
Edition of source files (.wav, .png, any kind of asset found in the distribution of the website or voicebank files) is prohibited since 3rd of June, 2025.
Ports to other software. AltEOS does not make themselves responsible for the problems this may cause in any way.

section 3 - miscellaneous

Edition of WAV files is no longer allowed for ports or artificial voicebank creation (formats, languages). Ports to other software is still allowed for personal usage without distribution.
Usage of AI tools like DiffSinger or RVC is prohibited in any way, even if personal usage. The only exception is if AltEOS gives permission themselves.
If you are unsure wether any usage of voicebank or characters falls under any category, please contact AltEOS.
Making monetary profit with the Voicebanks requires a Commercial Usage license.
